    Havana, Cuba, Dec 14.- Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez reiterated Cuba's solidarity with Venezuela in the face of constant attacks against that country when inaugurating today the 16th Political Council of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America- Peoples´ Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP by its Spanish acronym).
