Raul Castro Sees Off Byelorussian President
HAVANA, Cuba, Jun 25.- Cuban President Raul Castro saw off at the Jose Marti International Airport in Havana his Byelorussian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, who was in Cuba in an official visit since Sunday.
Both leaders held talk later in the day in the Revolution Palace.
Before his departure Lukashenko said he was satisfied with this visit that included the penning of cooperation accords among several ministries of both countries in the fields of industries, agriculture and science and technology, which he described as very positive.
Lukashenko said the signing of the agreements was meant to boost cooperation between the two nations, minutes before taking his flight to Venezuela, his next stop.
As part of his working agenda in Cuba, Alexander Lukashenko laid a floral wreath at the monument to Cuban National Hero Jose Marti in Havana. (ACN)
