Special Bhutan Envoy Delivers Message for Raul Castro

Havana, Cuba, Aug 11.- Foreign Policy Advisor for the Prime Minister of Bhutan Lyonpo Dago Tshering handed Vice President Esteban Lazo a message for President Raul Castro.

The Special Envoy held talks this Friday with Cuban Foreign Affairs Vice Minister Marcos Rodriguez and Acting Foreign Minister Marcelino Medina on the friendship and solidarity with his country plus other international issues of mutual interest, says the communiqué.

Dago Tshering is accompanied by Pema Choden, head of Bhutan Foreign Affairs Ministry Bilateral Affairs Department. (Prensa Latina).
