Young People Closed May Day Parade in Camagüey
Camagüey, Cuba, May 1.- The May Day parade had a perfect finale this Sunday in Camagüey city: 5,000 young people, workers of all sectors, parade in El Mayor General Ignacio Agramonte y Loynaz Revolution Square.
This is the answer of Cuban youth, heir to legacy of Julio Antonio Mella, Rubén Martínez Villena and cultivated with ideas of Fidel Castro Ruz, like good fertilizer.
Young people who work in Education, Tourism, Public Health, Construction, agricultural sector and students of all educational levels hoisted Cuban flags, of July 26 and placards to demand freedom of five Cuban antiterrorists and cessation of blockade imposed on
Cuba by the United States.
With so close parade they also reaffirmed full support for agreements adopted in 6th Congress of the Cuban Communist Party, where strategy to perfect economic model and to guarantee a better future are defined.
This May Day was a new victory of Cuban people and especially of its youth. It was another victory of Girón, but in May, 2011. (Yamylé Fernández Rodríguez/ Radio Cadena Agramonte).
