Buenos Aires, Oct 11. -The movie ''Jose Martí, el Ojo del Canario'' (Jose Martí, The Eye of The Canary), by Fernando Pérez, will represent Cuba at the Mira pa cá Latin American Film Festival in Buenos Aires, to which motion pictures from 11 countries were submitted.
