Havana, Oct 9. -The Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, first Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, sent a floral offering that was deposited in the monument to the father of the nation in the Plaza de Armas, to a day of the 150th anniversary of the beginning of the wars of independence.
