HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 5 .- The Protocol of the 17th Cuba-Mozambique Intergovernmental Commission for Technical-Scientific and Economic Cooperation that took place in Havana this weekend was signed by the Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, Rodrigo Malmierca, and by his Mozambican counterpart, Oldemiro Julio Marques Baloi.

Caracas, Oct 3.- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez set on Saturday at 0.5 percent his prediction for the gross domestic product (GDP) for 2010, in spite of other forecasts on the contrary.
