Havana, March 13.- Dario Delgado Cura and Tarek William Saab, General Attorneys of Cuba and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, respectively, signed on Monday a collaboration agreement and a program that will contribute to the materialization of confrontation and the prevention of crimes.
