Camagüey, Mar 21.- Cuba’s Internal Trade Minister, Jacinto Angulo Pardo, signed in Camaguey the 2009 economy plan of this eastern province, which shows an ambitious growth by 24.8 percent.
Accompanied by vice ministers and nationwide entrepreneurial executives, Jacinto Angulo mentioned 14 strategies this sector is to implement in relation to the people’s real needs of products and services, in a year when the investment plan for the province is remarkable.
The professional training of the staff, the increase of salaries, plus the saving of resources and the need to plan maintenance are some of the goals Cuba’s Internal Trade Minister is pursuing during the current stage.
Meanwhile, structural changes have been announced to favouring gastronomy.
The president of the provincial Government in Camagüey, Jesús García Collaso, also signed the Interior Trade economy plan which will be systematically monitored not only in the distribution channels but in the different sale establishments.
