Havana, Sep 11.- Around 50 firms from more than 40 countries will take part in a an event in Cuba, dedicated to renewable energy, as confirmed by one of the organizing firms FRiday. Spanish firm FIRA from the city of Barcelona confirmed that the event will be in session from September 19 to 21 in EXPOCUBA, to promote the chances for businesses and professional exchange.
FIRA informed that the opening will be in charge of Cuban Energy and Mining Minister Alfredo Lopez.
The event will include an investment forum, presentations of different topics, among them the situation of the development of energy, sustainability, financing, and use of the insurance by the sector.
There will also be experts speaking on specific experiences of investments in wind and solar energy, maintenance of wind farms, use of biomass and biogas
Among the exhibitors of products, technologies or services will be companies from Italy, Spain, Belgium, Cuba, Panama, British Virgin Islands, San Cristóbal and Nieves, Peru, Mexico, the Netherlands and Italy, the report said. (Prensa Latina)
