Sacred Site of love and of the Motherland

Even with the feelings aroused by the Major General Ignacio Agramonte, our and in all of Cuba, on the 145 anniversary of his physical departure, the story transports us to a site revered by the locals: The Museum Fifth Simoni, in the vicinity of the Square of Havana, of this city.

Also illustrious daughter of Camagüey, Amalia Simoni, beloved wife and devout woman, represents a symbol of courage, sacrifice and above all, for the fatherland.

In this emblematic site of our heritage fruited dating between Amalia and Ignacio, and also its political commitment, a witness to the final march toward the jungle of redemption.

Quinta Simoni, current museum, declared National Monument, preserves jealously among its funds exhibition, a collection of property that belonged to the family, heirs of a courageous and exemplary history of consecration and faithfulness without limits to the ideals of emancipation.
