Tehran, Jun 13.- President Hasan Rohani warned that his country will abandon the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) or nuclear deal, if it does not receive benefits.
Rohani said that opinion during a conversation yesterday with French President, Emmanuel Macron, to whom he thanked Paris' stance to save the deal, local agency Irna refers today.
However, the Iranian president considered that these efforts will be worthless if they do not materialize in actions and beneficial measures to the Iranian nation.
In turn, the office of the French Presidency, reproduced Macron's statements regarding the efforts of the European side to save the agreement and their hopes that Iran will fulfill its obligations without any ambiguity.
He also confirmed the holding of a ministerial meeting between all the signatories to the JCPOA, France, the United Kingdom, China, Russia and Germany, scheduled for next weeks in Vienna.
U.S. President, Donald Trump, ordered in May Washington's official withdrawal from the deal with Iran and the latter imposed limits to analyze proposals from the peers.(Prensa Latina)
