Raúl and Díaz-Canel talk with world left leaders

Havana, Jul 18. - For three days 24th Meeting of the Forum of Sao Paulo received in the Cuban capital the most important meeting of political parties and movements of left of Latin America and the Caribbean Sea, where a waybill was planned for the continental unit.

The meeting was a meetings stage, like the supported one between the General of Army Raúl Castro Ruz, the first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, and Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, president of the Councils of the State and of the Ministers, with the partner Dilma Rousseff, who was very active in the defense of the freedom of Lula Da Silva, imprisoned unjustly in Brazil for 102 days.

The General of Army and the Cuban President also assistants had the opportunity to exchange with personalities to XXIV Meeting, like the leader bolivariano and chavista Nicolás Maduro, and the chiefs Evo Morales and Salvador Sánchez Cerén, of Bolivia and El Salvador, respectively.

Sample of the brotherhood and the gratitude to the Island for his united and anti-imperialistic position was the meeting of Díaz-Canel Bermúdez with ex-president Joaquim Chissano, of Mozambique; the first ex-ministers Kenny Anthony, of Saint Lucia, and Denzil Douglas, of Saint Christopher and Nevis, between others.

The historical ties of the biggest island of the Caribbean Sea with countries of Asia were highlighted the same way in meetings with leaders of invited partisan delegations, between them Li Qiang, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the first secretary in Shanghái; Sounthone Xayachack, chief of the Department of International relations of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary People's Party Lao; and Nguyen Duc Toi, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
