A soccer player from Camagüey will play for the Cuban team in the Gold Cup



Camagüey, June 11th. - The midfielder from Camagüey Luismel Morris Calero integrates the team that will represent Cuba in the Gold Cup of Soccer, that will take place from next June 15th to July 7th.

Morris, native from Sierra de Cubitas municipality of Camagüey, will celebrate his 22nd birthday on next December 14th of the current calendar, and he already has nine international participations, in which he has scored three goals.  

His debut with the “tricolor” shirt was last year on March 23rd, in a game against the national team of Nicaragua.

 Luismel Morris Calero has also integrated the number “eleven” of the Miuras of Camagüey in the last four seasons of the National Cuban Soccer League, with a praiseworthy performance, and a total of five kicks in the opponent's goal.
