Havana, Sep 24.- The Olympic (1-1-1) and world (2-2-4) multi-medalist in more than 78 kilograms (kg), Idalis Ortiz, heads the seven Cuban judocas that appear in the classification zone for Tokyo 2020.
Ortiz is comfortable at the top of its division as it accumulates 5630 points, and her closest rival is the Japanese Akira Sone (4550).Only the first 18 athletes at all categories will remain in.
That is the figure set for women and men in the seven divisions by the Olympic ranking, who are joined by the Japanese athletes due to their status as hosts, and the closure will be on May 24, 2020.
