Camagüey, Nov. 14.- The Gran Club Santa Lucía hotel, one of the four in the Cubanacán Group, will celebrate its 30th anniversary on November 23rd.
The staff will carry out, from Friday 22 to Sunday 24, a special agenda for customers who book in travel agencies, as usual, can enjoy.
Ivonne Montejo Salgado, PR specialist at the hotel, explained that the celebration will begin with a reception in the lobby, and games and sports tournaments, interactive shows, dinners and birthday parties will be held in the surrounding areas of the pool, water ballet and other surprises.
During the current high season, an influx of national and foreign tourists is expected in the Grand Club Santa Lucia, the latter especially from Canada, Germany and Russia, so the offers have been redesigned according to tastes and preferences of those market segments.
The highlighting of Cuban traditional cuisine, the lunches in the ranchón by the beach, the cocktail classes, the tasting of rum, the training on how to prepare local dishes and the running of the three hotel´s restaurants, specialized in sea, Italian and Cuban foods, are some of the main attractions.
The Grand Club has 252 rooms, two of them with facilities for people with physical disabilities; in addition, areas such as the lobby bar, the beach and pool bars, the snack bar and others that constantly renew their proposals to promote customer satisfaction.
The tourist facility maintains daily interaction with its users through the social network Facebook, and direct communication through Messenger, also as part of the modern forms of communication and marketing that are applied in the so-called smokeless industry.
In this winter season, as in the whole country, the novel product is the possibility of enjoying the options of the four Cubanacán hotels in Santa Lucia, regardless of which of these facilities the client is staying in, to which extra-hotel proposals are added.
