Havana, Dec. 7 - Jorge Luis Perdomo, Cuban Minister of Communications, received at the headquarters of that Ministry Sheng Ronghua, Deputy Minister of the Administration of Cyberspace of China, and the delegation that accompanies him.
According to the headline on the social network Twitter, this Friday's meeting was conducive to discuss the concept of the right of each country to the sovereignty of cyberspace and also helped strengthen the exchange in Internet and cybersecurity.
The Asian delegation is in the Caribbean nation to participate in the China-Cuba Internet Forum, which takes place at the Meliá Cohíba hotel in this capital.
In the work session of the day before, Wilfredo González, first vice minister of the sector, referred to the process of updating the economic model carried out by the Cuban nation, in which new technologies constitute a strategic sector.
