Havana, Dec. 10 - Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, led an act of solidarity with the Greater Antilles, held in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Exact Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires.
In the house of high studies of the Argentine capital, the appointment began on Monday with the evocation of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, in the words of Eugenia Méndez, graduated from the first graduation of the School Latin American Medicine (ELAM), from Havana.
Later, according to his Twitter profile, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Díaz-Canel, “highlighted the times of changes and transformations experienced by # NuestraAmérica, and rejected the imperialist domination, neoliberalism and injustices generated in our countries” .
Díaz-Canel concluded his speech by exclaiming: “There is no force in this world that can separate #Cuba and #Argentina,” reports the journalist of Radio Rebelde Angélica Paredes, through the social network itself.
The emotional meeting ended with the audience of the theater standing singing "El Necio", the work of the singer and songwriter Silvio Rodríguez, as published by the Presidency of Cuba on the social network Twitter.
