Havana, Jan. 20 - The XIII International Congress of Health Informatics 2020, which will be held in Cuba from March 16 to 20, will be an appropriate space to investigate, promote, analyze and learn about the advancement of information technologies, telecommunications, electronics and automation in that sector.
Headquartered in the Havana Convention Center, the event will bring together professionals, scientists, technicians, businessmen, government representatives and international organizations, among others, and plans to support the processes of computerization of health with social impact, organizers announced.
For the digital transformation will be the motto of the event that bets on quality and the advancement in medical technologies in a context where the Island is adorned by the effectiveness of its services, says the call, published in the health portal of Cuba Infomed.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Public Health and the Cuban Society of Medical Informatics, this edition of the congress will feature an Exhibition Fair, which will take place from March 17 to 20 at the Pabexpo grounds, where companies, laboratories, entities and specialized firms will exhibit its projects, technological advances, resources, products and services in that branch.
Stimulate the development of applications, solutions and services of government and electronic commerce and cybersecurity, as well as contribute to the promotion of Cuban as a country with export capacity in the development of information and communication technologies, are among the main objectives of the International Computer Fair 2020, adds the call.
