Camagüey, Feb. 13 - About 19 thousand tons of sugar in the current sugar harvest guarantee the performance of the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes sugar factory, in the municipality of the same name.
To reverse the existing backwardness and make that industry more efficient, the agricultural and livestock producers take full advantage of each day to produce sugar with efficiency and quality.
A daily work rate of 300 tons of sugar cane is the premise to maintain to achieve the scheduled 47 thousand tons.
Timely maintenance of the jogger and mills, as well as the search for strategies to avoid wasted time is among the actions implemented to achieve greater efficiency.
