Díaz- Canel considered that the country has to deal "in a very intentional way with the implementation and control of the recently approved measures."
In evaluating what has happened in Cuba with COVID-19, the Head of State referred to the death of two Cubans, "they fought for their lives, but unfortunately the state in which they were prevented from saving themselves."
