Salvadoran TV Shows Documentary on Anti-Cuba Terror

San Salvador, Oct. 20.-  Channel 10 television in El Salvador has broadcast the Cuban documentary The Route of Terror, which exposes criminal activities against Cuba financed within the United States.

In the documentary, Salvadoran terrorists Francisco Chavez Abarca, Raul Ernesto Cruz Leon, and Otto Rodriguez Llerena tell how they planted bombs in Havana hotels in the 1990s.

Chavez Abarca explained in detail how they were hired by Cuban-born terrorist Luis Posada Carriles in San Salvador to carry out those attacks, and gave information on the close links between Posada Carriles and top leaders of the right-wing Nationalist Republican Alliance (ARENA), including former presidents Alfredo Cristiani and Francisco Flores.

The suspect also said that after Cruz de Leon was arrested in Havana and confessed to his crime, Posada Carriles ordered him, Chavez Abarca, to kill Cruz de LeonÂ?s family in El Salvador.

Chavez Abarca admitted that he got involved in the plans of Salvadoran and Cuban terrorist groups to destabilize the government of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.

The terrorist was arrested on arriving at the Caracas airport on July 2 and extradited to Cuba.

The documentary denounces terrorist attacks planned from within the United States by Posada Carriles, the Cuban American National Foundation, and other terrorist groups protected by the U.S. government, which have cost the lives of 3,478 people, while another 2,099 were left disabled.
