Havana, Apr 13.- In a letter addressed to the president of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with Peoples, Fernando González Llort , the Union of Friends of Cuba in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg and members of the Group of Soviet Military Veterans, condemned the genocide US economic, commercial and financial blockade against the Island.
