Havana, Jan 13.- The Cuban men's volleyball team defeated Mexico 3-1, at the close of the pre-Olympic tournament of North, Central America and the Caribbean (NORCECA), based in Vancouver, Canada, where the hosts qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
