Havana, April 7.- According to the report of the Cuban Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) on COVID-19 in the country, issued at the end of April 7, 11 new cases were confirmed in the province of Camagüey , distributed as follows by municipalities:
Camagüey: 10 (9 contacts of confirmed cases and 1 imported).
Lawns: 1 (imported).

At the close of this Tuesday, April 6, a total of 25,143 patients were admitted, 3,681 suspects, 16,242 under surveillance and 5,220 confirmed active.
For COVID-19 they studied 20,127 samples, resulting in 961 positive samples.The country accumulates 3,129,044 samples made and 82,601 positive.
Of the total cases (961): 928 were contacts of confirmed cases; 9 with a source of infection abroad; on day 24 without a specified source of infection. Of the 961 cases diagnosed, 440 were female and 521 male.
50.6% (486) of the 961 positive cases were asymptomatic, accumulating 42,771, which represents 51.8% of those confirmed to date.
The 961 diagnosed cases belong to the age groups: under 20 years: 166; from 20 to 39 years: 296; 40 to 59 years: 330; 60 and over: 169 cases.
