Clair Prince, Minister of Health and Environment, received, in Kingstown, the donation consisting of bottled drinking water, tanks for its conservation and masks with gas protection, according to the Cubaminrex portal.
The closure of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines airport, due to the effects of the volcano's eruption, caused a very complex operation to deliver the aid provided, which was possible through Venezuela, which transferred it by sea to Saint Lucia. and then to its final destination.
Despite the complex atmospheric situation, with incessant rain of ashes, the 48 members of the Cuban medical and construction brigade aid the victims and help in the needs of the rapid recovery of the sister nation.
