Matanzas, May 11 - The audiovisual of the song Nana a mi marioneta, belonging to the album TravesíaMágica, by singer-songwriter LiubaMaríaHevia, will feature the special participation of Teatro de Las Estaciones in evidence of a love song towards Cuban puppets, as announced at a press conference.
The artist explained that the album TravesíaMágica, under the label of EGREM was produced in 2000, and as of 2001 the disclosure of the themes present in the material and during the course of the time several are the subjects that count on a video clip.
"Nana a mi marioneta" constitutes one of the themes on the album that did not yet have an audiovisual product and due to the theme it deals with, there was no better way to reflect its history than through puppets and Teatro de LasEstaciones represents a statement in this field.
Liuba pointed out that this song is a tribute to all those lovers and faithful followers of puppets and the children's songbook, and a pretext in turn to work with Teatro de lasEstaciones.
“After 20 years of TravesíaMágica and under complex circumstances, a song of this nature reflects the desire to make art for children with my thoughts always on TeresitaFernández, a woman who dedicated a large part of her life to children's songs and represents my guide ”, asserted the singer.
Rubén Darío Salazar, director of Teatro de Las Estaciones, explained that for years there had been the intention to carry out a joint work with Liuba and when he learned about the topic Nana my puppet he immediately said yes to the proposal to work together.
With the support of ZenénCalero, renowned designer, and choreography by Yadiel Durán, the audiovisual is directed by Miriel Santana, Nester Méndez and Ailenys Rodríguez under the production of the animation studios of the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC) and its official premiere will be announced soon.
Darío Salazar pointed out that neither the world of puppets nor that of children's songs is lost and a sample of this is this material, in which love and dedication mark the foundations of a work aimed at children, the reason for be from Teatro de Las Estaciones and LiubaMaríaHevia. (ACN)
