    Havana, Aug 27.- The Institute of Meteorology reports in its Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 4 that during the early hours of the morning Tropical Storm Ida has shown an increase in the areas of heavier rains, which although predominate in the semicircle East of the storm, they have spread somewhat more in the vicinity of the circulation center, which crossed over the Cayman Islands archipelago in the last hours.
