Havana, Dec 17.- In the afternoon hours of December 16, Reserve Brigadier General Miguel Rigoberto Sancho Valladares passed away in Sancti Spíritus at the age of 91. He was a combatant of the Rebel Army, the underground struggle, and the Bay of Pigs invasion. He had an exemplary service record over 47 years, holding various responsibilities in the Revolutionary Armed Forces and the Ministry of the Interior.
