Havana, Nov 23.- Cuba and El Salvador expressed their interest in promoting economic-commercial ties, during the VIII Meeting of the Inter-Chancellery Political Consultation Mechanism held in this capital.
The meeting was chaired by the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Caribbean nation Josefina Vidal, and the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador, Adriana María Mira.
According to information published by the Cuban Foreign Ministry, the delegations discussed relevant issues for both countries and highlighted the importance that both governments give to this space for political discussion.
In addition, the parties proposed to expand cooperation in various sectors, as an expression of the will to deepen bilateral relations.
