Havana, May 31 – To celebrate the 13th anniversary of the Cuba Emprende project, the Expoemprendimiento Fair was held at Havana's Father Félix Varela Cultural Center, with the participation of more than 70 exhibitors from different businesses.
Maví Pérez García, a Human Development professor of the project, said the space served as a vehicle to connect different entrepreneurs so they could showcase their main products and services.
Pérez García explained that the social object of Cuba Emprende is to provide tools and train people who are at different moments of their enterprise, even from the business idea or those already consolidated that need to reinvent themselves or obtain specific elements.
The Emprende workshop has four modules, Human Development given the importance of the entrepreneur being recognized as the most important strength of the business, and also Marketing and Administration, Financial Accounting and Sales, she highlighted.
She emphasized that the fairs have been a key element during the 13 years of Cuba Emprende.
The event was attended by different exhibitors from crafts, textiles, construction, beauty, wellness and digital solutions; and there were cultural activities, raffles and contests for all ages. (Text and photo: Radio Enciclopedia)
