Vertientes, Camagüey, August 2nd.- Community work groups in the municipality support the work of delegates in each of the constituencies, aware of its importance in achieving true citizen participation and collective integration.
In this sense, work is being done to maintain balance with nature and society and create more prosperous communities as a result of the integration between all the factors that are promoted with leadership actions and constant activity.
Aleida Rodríguez Rodríguez, delegate of Constituency No. 15, located in the Urban Center Popular Council, said that she meets with the staff operating in the territory every month in order to get closer to the problems of the population and seek possible solutions.
She explained that they are deploying initiatives to strengthen social prevention, avoid the existence of people not linked to studies or work and negative attitudes; in addition, during the holiday season, they have planned cultural and recreational proposals with amateur talents from the neighborhood and promoters from the Municipal Sports Directorate.
Similarly, Manuel Cruz Reyes, delegate of Constituency No. 11, and Yamilé de Moya Estrada, of No. 41, both in the Tejón Popular Council, are focused on creating a mass movement based on the strength injected by the group and working with children, adolescents, young people and older adults for communal hygiene and the tranquility of families.
