Havana, Jun 26.- With an invitation to dancers and students to broaden their professional spectrum and raise the artistic-technical level, the renowned company Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba (LADC) convenes its 2023 Summer Courses.
This initiative contributes each year to the learning of hundreds of artists and fans and focuses attention on subjects such as Fusion Dance, Ballet, Flamenco, Cuban Popular Dances, Physical Preparation and Choreography, in parallel to the assembly of choreographic works, indicates the press release sent by the Public Relations team of the dance group.
This edition will have three stages: the first, from July 3 to 15; the second, from July 17 to 29; and the last one, from July 31 to August 12.
On the final day of each cycle, the participants will star in a gala to put into practice what they have learned with dynamism, expressiveness and elegance, reflecting a company that communicates these and many other values ??on stage.
During the Summer Courses, students receive useful indications for stage practice, learning to develop their expressive instruments and coordinate, at least in a basic way, different dance vocabularies, adds the information.
The headquarters of the courses will be the company's buildings, located at number 659 Compostela Street, between Luz and Acosta, in the municipality of Old Havana, and at number 255 Malecón, between Blanco and Galiano, in Centro Habana. The latter popularly known as Malecón Art 255.
For years the popularity of the Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba Summer Courses has transcended the borders of Cuba, as its various editions have attracted dance students from Canada, the United States, Italy, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Panama, among other countries.
