For Hernández Nordelo, strengthening the structures from the base will guarantee efficiency in the ideological, organizational and mobilization work of the CDR.
The membership of the organization is distributed in around 137 thousand committees and 17 thousand 384 areas throughout the national territory, which allows support for families to instill a sense of belonging to the neighborhood from an early age.
The national coordinator of the CDR referred to the support that the CDR members provide to Cuban public health through blood donations and the making of collection bags that save costs for the country.
