Camagüey, 20 0ct.- A space conducive to the intelligent use of technologies and the integration of various actors becomes the proposal of a Multiservice Center on the popular Calle de los Cines (Cinema Street) in the City of Camagüey.
The idea, led by the Master in Administration and Business Osmany Camero Ungo, member of the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba (UIC) in the province, was presented these days at the International Cybersociety Congress 2023, and with few examples like that in the country constitutes one of the most comprehensive projects that interconnects citizens with disruptive technologies.
The Head of the Logistics and Services Department of the Cuban Telecommunications Company in Camagüey explained that the aspiration is for the different services of the entity he represents, the sales of merchandise and the offers of the Citizen Facilitation Office to come together.
The proposal, which advocates for the constant link with the Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz University, especially with the base delegation of the UIC in that house of higher studies, allows attention to people with disabilities, brings services closer to all age groups of the society, and demonstrates technological solutions contextualized to the needs of the population.
The 2023 Cybersociety Congress, which runs until October 20, shows the local impacts of the efficient use of technologies and their improvement with the participation of all the actors involved, while consolidating Camagüey as an intelligent and inclusive tourist destination.
