Havana, Oct 24.- Various sectors of Cuban society expressed their rejection of Israel's crimes in Palestine that have already claimed the lives of some five thousand inhabitants.
A Cuban television report showed the act of denunciation carried out in this capital by workers of the Union of Caribbean Construction Companies (Uneca.SA).
Members of this group demanded that the international community, with the Security Council of the United Nations, immediately adopt measures to put an end to the genocide committed by the Zionist army against the Gazan population.
According to the publication, the builders of this international construction services company regret the constant murder in the last 15 days of innocent people, mostly children and women from the Gaza Strip and West Bank territories.
On the other hand, in Pinar del Río, the westernmost Cuban province, the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP) organized another act of protest against the criminal acts of the Israeli government that has the unrestricted support of the White House.
Young people from different nationalities who study at the university of that territory, along with residents of a Popular Council (electoral district) participated in the call on behalf of Cuban civil society, the television program itself stated.
In this context, the Palestinian student Mustafa Almasrhi thanked the solidarity with his people expressed in each call and regretted the death of his compatriots in the Israeli bombings. (Text and photo: PL)
