Havana, Oct 31.- Cuban doctors have carried out more than 300 consultations in three hospitals and in communities in Acapulco, in the Mexican state of Guerrero, a region affected by Hurricane Otis.
This was reported by Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, on his X account, along with an image of a Cuban health collaborator carrying out his work in Aztec lands and using the hashtag #JuntosPorGuerrero.
In his message, the Chancellor recalled the words of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, when he expressed: “More powerful than hurricanes is the feeling of solidarity.”
Hurricane Otis hit the southern Mexican Pacific coast as a category five meteor this Wednesday, leaving destruction and flooding in the city of Acapulco in its wake. (ACN) (Photo taken from the Internet)
