215 replicas of the earthquake yesterday in Santiago de Cuba


Santiago de Cuba, Sep 8.- Until 5.59 am of this Sunday 215 replicas of the perceptible earthquake were recorded yesterday night, with epicenter 41 kilometers southeast of the city of Santiago de Cuba, reports the National Center for Seismological Research.

The daily part of the last 24 hours collects what were analyzed by guard observers (57).

Experts from the Cenais indicated that the teluric movement, which occurred at 19:09 local time (01:08 GMT) this Saturday, caused no material damage, injuries or injuries.

The earthquake - the 11th perceptible in the year - was located exactly 41 kilometers southeast of the province Santiago de Cuba (east) at a depth of 33.8 km, according to the Cenais.
