Camagüey, Feb 5th.- The medium company RENOVA, of Camagüey, made a new donation to the Provincial Transport Company in the territory consisting of eight tires, as part of a collaboration agreement between the two entities, which offers continuity to a project devised by its founder, and responds to the social responsibility defined in the founding statutes.
These vital components, destined for the Urban Bus Base 02, in this city, will allow the operation of three vehicles that will serve hospital centers and patients throughout the province who need medical care, among other activities of marked social importance.
This is the first of the deliveries this year, as one of our objectives is to continue to contribute to the gradual revitalization of public transport, affected precisely by the lack of this type of addition, said the Cuban News Agency Rusbel Alvarez Figueredo, specialist in institutional communication and logistics of RENOVA.
For the remainder of the current year we intend to acquire another group of tires for the same purpose, insofar as the company achieves greater profits, because the donations depend on them, he said.
Previously, the private company donated to the aforementioned transport institution the batteries necessary for the start-up of a bus, which is currently being serviced in Agramonte’s capital.
