Guáimaro’s teachers guarantee effectiveness of the teaching-learning process

Guáimaro, Camagüey, Apr 15^th. - The acquisition of knowledge and educational training of students are fundamental pillars for the development of values in the Guáimaro’s community. This process is essential to achieve a comprehensive culture in contemporary Cuban society.

Teachers play a crucial role in this process, as their commitment is focused on ensuring effective learning. Through rigorous methodological and scientific preparation they strive to instil in their students qualities such as responsibility, honesty, simplicity and honesty, which are essential to shape their behavior.

One of the main challenges lies in strengthening the capacity of students to face and combat social indiscipline. This objective is achieved through the promotion of appropriate behaviours in various contexts: in public spaces, at home, during after-school activities and in the school environment, where collective influence is essential.

Respect for teachers, peers, older adults in the community and firmness in the face of fraud and other errors in school are key aspects of the behavior expected of students in any situation.

Inspired by the goal of creating a deeper and more attractive school, students at all levels of education must adapt from an early age to their teachers, maintain a constant independent study practice and demonstrate, through their efforts, that they are the true guarantee of the future.
