Havana, June 5th. - The Cuban Art Factory Cultural Center (FAC), in Havana's Vedado neighborhood, is organizing a graphic art exhibition today featuring completed works from workshops taught by Sebastian Kubica, considered one of Poland's finest graphic artists.
The exhibition's opening will take place this Saturday at 7:00 p.m. local time and will also include a selection of Kubica's work.
These workshops will be offered until June 6 to pre-selected students and professionals in the fine arts and graphic design.
The promotional posters were created by Kubica and Nelson Ponce, a leading exponent of contemporary Cuban graphic design.
This exhibition is taking place in the context of Poland's assumption of the pro tempore presidency of the Council of the European Union. (Text and photo: PL)
