Havana, June 25 – The president of Cuba's National Assembly of People's Power (parliament), Esteban Lazo, today congratulated the Cuban Association of Social Communicators (ACCS, for its acronym in Spanish) on its 34th anniversary.
This organization continues to contribute to the development of social communication in the country through ethics, professionalism, and commitment, Lazo stated.
The ACCS was founded on June 25, 1991, and has more than 5,000 members.
With a social character and national reach, the ACCS brings together professionals in propaganda, advertising, public relations, institutional communication, sales promotion, marketing, and communication research in agencies, institutions, entities, organizations, and educational centers linked to the organization's profiles.
