Havana, Oct. 3 – Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez today condemned the attack on a synagogue in Manchester, United Kingdom, during the Yom Kippur holiday.
From the social network X, the chancellor expressed, on behalf of Cuba, his condolences for the victims and his solidarity with their families and loved ones.
At least two people died in a serious knife attack that took place in front of the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation synagogue in Manchester.
According to British security forces, the alleged perpetrator of the attack was shot by specialized officers and his death is presumed.
Three other people were injured during the incident and remain in serious condition. (Text and photo: PL)
