Classes in Camagüey to resume on November 3


Camagüey, October 31 - The Provincial Directorate of Education reports that, following the restoration of normalcy in the province, classes will resume next Monday, November 3, in all municipalities and educational levels.

The return of boarding students to their respective educational centers has been organized in a staggered manner. Everyone will depart from their usual starting points at 9:00 a.m., according to the established schedule.

On Sunday, November 2nd, the following will do so: the Pre-University Vocational Institute of Exact Sciences (IPVCE, for its acronym in Spanish) Máximo Gómez Báez, the Vocational School of Art Luis Casas Romero, the Cerro Pelado Sports Initiation School and the School of Physical Education Teachers.

On Monday, November 3, students from the Nicolás Guillén Pedagogical School, the Mártires de Pino III Agricultural Polytechnic Institute, the provincial polytechnics of Camagüey, and the Junior High School Granja are expected to return.

The Provincial Education Directorate reports that on Tuesday, November 4, students from municipal boarding schools will return, and on November 5, students from the Dagoberto Rojas Polytechnic Institute in Esmeralda and the Mario Herrero Toscano Polytechnic Institute in Nuevitas will return.

Likewise, they urge families and students to comply with the established schedules and to maintain a responsible and collaborative attitude during the reintegration process for the 2025-2026 school year. (Digital Newsroom)
