
Camagüey, November 25 - As part of the process to perfect the Commerce system, the Municipal Company of Restaurants and Recreation Centers (EMURE, for its acronym in Spanish) now comprises 21 basic business units.
These transformations were carried out with the purpose of operating with increasing efficiency, raising quality, and diversifying services to take advantage of existing potential and reduce losses.
Odelaine Hernández Licea, director of the entity, stated that during the current year, they successfully extended services to various communities by participating in fairs and events with sales processed through payment gateways.
Regarding the Support Systems for Families - she specified - they are fulfilling the established menu, the quality of the prepared food has increased, and delivery services are used in all necessary cases.
During this period, the first state-owned MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) was established at the Rancho Luna Gastronomic Complex, while work is currently underway to create five more collectives of this type.
