
Carlos Manuel de Céspedes, Camagüey, Dec 17. - In a notable achievement for the Cuban sugar industry, the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes municipality achieved the maximum score of 100 points in the recent national "Listo Zafra" (Ready for Harvest) inspection.
This recognition was thanks to the exhaustive evaluation of multiple indicators such as commercial activity, transportation, ammonia usage, and economic activity, among others.
The inspection tested various operational aspects, including legal activities, management of energy carriers, and prevention and security plans.
The results reflect significant progress in the management of the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes sugar enterprise, where all vehicles are ready for the harvest.
The application of the "Listo Zafra" Guide was key in this process, with 133 aspects evaluated positively, making this entity the first in the country to achieve such a result—a testament to the collective effort and work discipline of the team.
The Agency Director, Yurel Llerena García, expressed his satisfaction, highlighting that this achievement is the fruit of the commitment and dedication of the entire collective. For his part, Sergio Luis González Abdala, Director of Supervision and Control at AZUMAT Logistics Enterprise in Cuba, praised the team for their excellent performance.
Marisleidys García Gamboa, director of the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Branch, also conveyed words of recognition to the entity's collective and urged them to work with ever-increasing efficiency.
