Camagüey, January 6 - Workers from the Provincial Electoral Council, in a show of support for the people and government of Venezuela, reaffirmed their solidarity and commitment to defending sovereignty.
The president of the council, Adis Iraola Martínez, offered a detailed explanation of the current situation in the sister nation and emphasized the firm stance that must be taken to safeguard the self-determination of peoples.
For his part, the council secretary, Ashley García Dervilla, shared his views on the importance of maintaining unity and institutional coherence in the face of external aggression.
Other workers also expressed their opinions, agreeing on the need to strengthen the historical bond between Cuba and Venezuela and to continue supporting the democratic processes of the Bolivarian nation.
Workers from the Camagüey Provincial Electoral Council reaffirmed their support for Venezuela and made it clear that solidarity among the Latin American peoples will endure, as envisioned by the region's heroes and liberators, men of the stature of Simón Bolívar and José Martí.
