Camagüey, Jan 10.- The State Budget projected for this year in the municipality of Camagüey ensures the continuity and development of economic and social programs and policies, even under the current complex conditions.
This guarantees the population’s access to basic services, addresses the challenges of demographic dynamics and rurality, and provides social protection to vulnerable people and communities.
Budgetary expenditures exceed 2.246 billion pesos, while enterprise expenditures are over 106 million—both figures are higher than those of the previous calendar year.
The proposal for transferred revenue exceeds 4.305 billion pesos, a volume that represents growth compared to the results achieved at the end of last December.
The highest revenues are expected from taxes on services, personal income, the utilization of the workforce, and the gross sale of goods and services, all of which are higher than those of 2025. (Text: Rodolfo Medina Hechavarría/Radio Camagüey) (Photo: Internet)
