Nuevitas, Camagüey, Jan 27.- Facing the complex situation regarding transportation and technology at the Dairy Complex in this northeastern Camagüey municipality, the entity is adopting alternatives to relocate its interrupted workers.
Víctor Regueiro, director of the industry, commented that they are seeking employment for them in other occupations so that they can contribute to solving problems and remain linked to the center.
Adapting work alternatives for those declared available is provided for in the Labor Code: filling vacant positions permanently or temporarily, inside or outside the entity, provided they meet the required qualifications.
Whereas if retraining or skills upgrading is required, the head of the company must create the conditions to guarantee the process.
