Camagüey, Feb 7 - Due to the energy situation and the instructions given by the country's leadership, the ETECSA Territorial Division in Camagüey informs you about the measures that have been adopted at the enterprise level for the operation of Telephone Assistance Services.
• 113: Will continue to operate as before, but we recommend customers use the Yellow Pages website, www.pamarillas.cu
• Services 118, 112, 164, 52642244, 80043434 options 1, 2, and 3 will be attended until 5 pm at all centers nationwide. After that time, in the case of 118, complaint assistance will be provided through ETECSA's official website www.etecsa.cu.
• 52642266 and 80043434 option 4 will continue to provide service 24 hours a day.
• Third-party assistance services for Bank, Postal Service, Cybersecurity, and Transfermovil will be attended until 5 pm.
• Third-party assistance services for Cubamax, CIMEX, TRD, and GET will be attended 24 hours a day.
Fault reporting continues via 114, although we recommend reporting via SMS and the Servicios en línea app.
ETECSA, through feedback with its users via different channels, will maintain monitoring of the acceptance of these measures for evaluation and correction if necessary.
